Renzo Piano Building Workshop built Monterosa 91 between 1998 and 2004 as headquarters for the Il Sole 24 Ore newspaper.

RadboudUMC, Nijmegen

With a total of 11 floors dedicated to hospital functions, outpatient clinics, a new main entrance and retail facilities, Main Building at Radboud UMC was the winner of the European Healthcare Design Award 2023.

San Raffaele Hospital, Milan

Due to its distinctive shape and colour, the new Surgical and Emergency Center building has been dubbed "The Iceberg".

DSM Laboratory 6, Delft

The new laboratory building DSM Lab 6 replaces the current Beijerinch laboratory (Lab 5) that dates back to 1984. The new facility handles a wide range of functions, including laboratories, cleanrooms, offices and a conference centre.

Danone Nutricia Research Centre, Amsterdam

Danone clustered all of its Baby Nutrition and Medical Nutrition research and development facilities at the Uithof in Utrecht. The new Nutricia Research Center will function as the international hub for these activities.

Global Wafers, one of the world’s six largest silicon wafer manufacturers, plans a new, state-of-the art production facility in Italy to meet demand for new-generation high-purity, 300 mm, EPI wafers.

Research of the Earth’s atmosphere is core to Space Research. Deerns played a crucial role in developing and designing a sustainable design of the state-of-the-art building for the Institute for Space Research, the Netherlands (SRON) which creates measuring instruments for satellites.

Equinix is an American colocation provider with data centres all over the world. For their brand new data centre in Milan, Equinix sought a state-of-the-art-building as part of the rich ecosystem that supports and interconnects global leading enterprises, networks, services and innovators.

State-of-the-art Cloud House, London

Increasing data storage capacity within the urban constraints of London, the UK, meant converting an existing building into a seven-storey 4.5 MW mission critical data centre.
